The Solution for Inshore & Near Shore Surveying - S/L Bintang

Parker Maritime (Blom) has set up a 26' survey launch fully equipped for port and near-/in-shore survey work. The survey launch is a Flipper 740 (26’) with a 250 Hp diesel engine giving a cruising speed of approximately 24 knots.

The launch is fitted with a Simrad EM3000 multi beam echo sounder and RTK-GPS (Real Time Kinematic) providing a positioning accuracy of better than 10 cm. The handy size of the launch makes it easy to mobilize by standard truck or sea transport anywhere it may be required along the coast.

The Solution for Survey & Cable Laying - C/S Nordkabel

The 44 m long vessel, C/S Nordkabel - operated by Seaworks, is built for cable laying operations. The vessel has been equipped with Simrad EM1002 multi beam echo sounder and a HPR410 for sub-sea positioning.

The vessel has the capacity to take on total marine cable projects. This includes cable corridor survey to determine best cable route, calculation of required cable length and production of charts. DGPS and HPR are used for positioning and monitoring during cable laying operations. Smaller ROV's can also be operated from the vessel.

The vessel is suitable for 24 hours operations and has accommodation for 13-15 people.
